Bruno Sialelli was appointed creative director of Lanvin in early 2019 after stints at Loewe and Paul Smith, becoming one of the first hires of new owner Fosun International. His collections drew on the house's archive with a nostalgia for early-twentieth-century Parisian elegance, updated through his own youthful, sometimes eccentric sensibility. He departed in 2023.
